2.8 Setting The System Clock
You can program the system clock to maintain current date and time information. The time and date appear on the LCD speakerphone for display.

• To set the system clock from the 'Attendant Station' ( Ext.10, Ext.12 )
  1. Press INTERCOM
  2. Dial * # 0 1
  3. Dial two digits (00-09) for year.
  4. Dial two digits (01-12) for month.
  5. Dial two digits (01-31) for day.
  6. Dial two digits (00-23) for hour.
  7. Dial two digits (00-59) for minutes.
  8. Press SPEAKER to end.

The system clock provides a date and time for display at LCD speakerphones connected to the system.

• To set the system clock from the 'Attendant Station' / 'Receptionist Phone'
  1. Press INTERCOM
  2.  Dial * # 0 * 0 1
  3. Dial two digits (01-12) for month.
  4. Dial two digits (01-31) for day.
  5. Dial two digits (00-09) for year.
  6. Dial two digits (00-23) for hour.
  7. Dial two digits (00-59) for minute.
  8. Dial # to save.
  9. Press SPEAKER to end.

    Setting the System Clock ( From Ext. 101 )

              Perform these steps with your Handset "On-Hook"  (Hung Up)
                 
                   Note:  Do This From  " Ext.101 "
              1.  Enter Database....FEATURE # *  ######## (8 #'s)
              2.  Press [show]
              3.  Input 08-14, then press [save]. This advances to the System Time programming screen
              4.  Press [show], the Year database item displays
              5.  Press [chg] to change the year for the system clock.
                                    or...
                   Press [next] to advance to the next system clock item that requires changes
              6.  Press [chg] and input data as required
              7.  Follow this convention for each of the database items for the system clock.
              8.  Press  HOLD  to exit System Time programming and return to the previous menu level.
              9.  Exit the programming mode by press the  ON / OFF  Button  (Speaker Btn)

"COMDIAL Voice Mail Systems"

           1.)  Press  "VMAIL" button in your LCD window (log into voicemail)
              2.)  When prompted "please enter your password", press # twice
              3.)  Now you are prompted to "please enter your mailbox", enter  70
              4.)  Enter password for Mailbox 70
              5.)  During options played, press  6
              6.)  You are now in the "Supervisor Menu" , press  7  to change the time
              7.)  Hang up (or press 'Speaker') when you are finished

               7.)   Select New Time  (see table below)
               8.)   Press  " Transfer"  to save and exit
