1. Press "Vmail" button on phone
    Note:  You may also access the system by calling your main office number;
               after VMail answers, press  #
2. Press # key until you are prompted to... "Please enter your mailbox number"
3. Enter 70, then enter password for Mailbox 70 (default password is 70)
4. While mailbox options are given, press 6 ( this option is not voiced )
5. Press 2 for " Routing Box Administration "
6. Enter the number of the box you want to change the greeting for.
    ( 800 = day greeting,  801 = night greeting, 802 = holiday greeting )
7. During the Options Given, Press 3  to "Modify"
8. Press 1  to "Change The Greeting"
9. Press 2   to "Re-Record Greeting"
10. Press  *  key for the "current active greeting"
11. Follow the voice prompt directions
12. Hang Up When You Are Finished
    
    
    Administer 'Mailbox Changes'
    
    *  To  Add / Delete Mailboxes,  change 'Password'
     
    Follow the same steps listed above. When you get to "step 5.",  Press 1
    for  "Mailbox Administration".  
    
    >   Enter the mailbox number
    >   You will hear " To add press 1, to delete press 2, to modify press 3 "
           ( Press 1 to Add a Mailbox,  Press 2 to Delete a Mailbox )
    >   To change the password, Press 3. Then listen to your options, you
           will be told to press-1 to record the name, press-2 to record the
            greeting.... PRESS-3  to Change Your Password

      How to change  'Main Greetings'

   1.)   Access Voice Mail System  (press "'Scoll" button twice); Press  VM
            (  You may also make your changes away from the office! Call your
                the main number, after the Main Greeting starts playing, follow
                 steps 3 - 8  )
   2.)   When prompted "Please Enter Your Password"...press  * key
   3.)   You Should Now be Hearing the  'Main Greeting'... press  # 0000   
   4.)   Enter Password ( 0000 ) You will then have options voiced.... 
   5.)   " PRESS  1"   to   " Edit System Prompts"  ( to re-record greetings )
   6.)   Enter your prompt number ( 1001 is Day Greeting, 1002 Night Greeting, 1003 Holiday )
   7.)   Follow the voice prompts to re-record your greetings!
           Make sure you press  #  at the end, you will hear  "file saved" .
   8.)   Hang Up When Finished

Follow these steps to "reset password" for a MailBox....

   1.)   Access Voice Mail System  (press "Scroll" button twice);  Press  VM
           Note:  You may also access the system by calling your main office number;
                      after VMail answers, press  # 0000  to log in.
   2.)   When prompted "Please Enter Your Password"...press * key
   3.)   You Should Now be Hearing Your 'Main Greeting'... press # 0000
   4.)   Enter Password  ( 0000 )  You will then have options voiced....
   5.)   " PRESS 2 "    for  " Subscriber Information "  ( Mailboxes! )
   6.)   Enter Subscriber Number  ( Mailbox Number )
   7.)   "PRESS  5"  to  "Edit"
   8.)   "PRESS  1"  to  "Reset Password"  (Password resets to   0000 )
   9.)    Hang Up When You Are Finished
