Samsung Voicemail System:

Changing 'Main Greetings'

  1. Access the Voicemail System by pressing the "Scroll" button twice, then selecting "VM."
  2. (You can also make changes remotely by calling your main number and following steps 3–8).
  3. When prompted to "Please Enter Your Password," press the * key.
  4. You should now be hearing the 'Main Greeting,' press #0000.
  5. Enter your password (0000). You will then hear options being voiced. (Note: Your admin password may be different.)
  6. Press "1" to "Edit System Prompts" (to re-record greetings).
  7. Enter your prompt number (1001 is Day Greeting, 1002 is Night Greeting, and 1003 is Holiday).
  8. Follow the voice prompts to re-record your greetings. Make sure you press # at the end; you will hear "file saved."
  9. Hang up when finished.

Resetting Password for a Mailbox

  1. Access the Voice Mail System by pressing the "Scroll" button twice and then pressing VM. (You can also access the system by calling your main office number; after VMail answers, press #0000 to log in.)
  2. When prompted to "Please Enter Your Password," press the * key.
  3. You should now be hearing your 'Main Greeting.' Press #0000.
  4. Enter your password (0000). You will then hear options being voiced.
  5. Press "2" for "Subscriber Information" (mailboxes!).
  6. Enter the subscriber number (mailbox number).
  7. Press "5" to "Edit."
  8. Press "1" to "Reset Password" (password resets to 0000).
  9. Hang up when you are finished.

NUSO Voicemail System:

Changing 'Main Greetings'

  1. Call (844) 563-5023.
  2. Follow the voice prompts to record your greeting.
  3. Call NUSO at (844) 438-6876 and select option 1 for support.
  4. Provide the tech with your company information, then ask them to upload your new greeting.

Changing the voicemail pin

  1. Select the message button on the phone.
  2. Enter your pin (which can be found in the quick reference guide).
  3. Select Option 4 to change settings.
  4. Select Option 3 for security options.
  5. Select Option 1 to change the pin.
  6. Enter the new pin, followed by the # key.
  7. Re-enter the pin, followed by the # key.

Setting The System Clock on SAMSUNG Systems DCSC, OS100, OS500, OS7100, OS7200

Note: You can perform these steps without lifting the handset.

  1. Press the "Transfer" button (TRSF), then dial 200.
  2. Enter the PASSCODE: 1234.
  3. Dial 1 to ENABLE programming.
  4. Press the "Transfer" button again to store and return to the idle condition within 60 seconds.
  5. Press the "Transfer" button (TRSF) again.
  6. Enter PROGRAM ID: 505.
  7. Select the New Time (see the table below for details).

MMC: 505 Table

  • W: Day (0 - 6, Sunday - Saturday)
  • MM: Month (01-12)
  • DD: Date (01-31)
  • YY: Year (00-09, 2000 - 2009)
  • HH: Hour (00-23, 24-hour clock time)
  • MM: Minute (00-59)
  • Press "Transfer" to save and exit.
